Villa Atlantis, located in Kalkan's centre is a four bedroomed villa with private pool and sea views. The pool terrace to Villa Atlantis has been tastefully designed and landscaped with cobbles as well as small shrubs; allowing guests to feel at peace in their surroundings. Here you may wish to sunbathe or cool off and dine al-fresco whilst enjoying your lunch. Located on the ground floor of the villa is an open plan kitchen living room - ideal for families or groups of friends looking to spend time in eachothers company and creating a very home-from-home feel. The villa has been tastefully deisnged and furnished with comfortable fittings, with our guests in mind.  Located on the upper floors of the villa are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms - all of which are en-suite. 

The location of Villa Atlantis is ideal for guests looking for a central villa in Kalkan's town centre; with the nearest mini market and restaurant just 500m from the villa. Guests whom are wishing to stay in Villa Atlantis do not need to rent a car however, street parking is available if you choose to do so. 

Note: The parking lot of the villa is on the road.

Details: Double bed, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioner, washing machine, wardrobe, baby bed, bathroom.

2nd Bedroom : Suit, Family Bedroom, Sea view (2nd Floor)

Details: Double bed, Nightstand, Air conditioning, Vanity table, Wardrobe, Bathroom and Balcony (Common Balcony) exit.

3. Bedroom : Suite Family Room, Sea view (2nd Floor)

Details: There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a make-up table, a nightstand, an air conditioner, a bathroom and an exit to the balcony (Common Balcony).

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
