Villa Survival is a unique and elegant property which will fascinate guests with it's breathtaking design. Incorporating luxurious marble, contemporary lighting and stylish furnishings,  villa Survival was built with a hotel concept in mind. You will experience total relaxation in the lower ground spa and games room with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, hamam (Turkish bath), sauna and table tennis table.The generous pool terrace features a private pool with integrated children's pool, private seating area, BBQ and garden, perfect for enjoying the stunning views and dining under the sun. The views from here are wonderful, stretching out in front of you are rolling green hills reaching out to the sea and in the distance is a quiet traditional village. The pool terrace is secluded, designed to be concealed from the outside so this villa caters well to conservative families or groups wanting to experience some extra privacy on their holiday.

The interior or the villa feels very spacious throughout, on the ground floor is an open-plan kitchen/ dining room/ living room with a very well equipped kitchen ideal for guests with culinary skills. To the rear of this room is another large room with a pool table and a foosball table is featured in the living room. The luxury ambience continues in the en-suite bedrooms which have plush furnishings and generous balconies with seating areas to admire the beautiful views. The master bedroom is found on the top floor adjacent to the indoor pool which has a built in jacuzzi system. A kitchenette was added here so that guests can prepare drinks to enjoy on the spacious roof terrace where there are sunbeds and a pear swing. The extra elevated position of the terrace allows guests to see far out of across the green landscape and sea. Villa Survival awaits our guests for a holiday of your dreams. 

The location of the villa is an area of Kalkan called Kordere situated in the mountains above Kalkan town and the sea. While this location lends itself to uninterrupted views and total tranquility it is not within walking distance to the town, beach and restaurants. The gravel road leading to the villa is off the beaten track. Guests may wish to hire a car or use the reasonably priced local taxi services. A private garage with 2 cars capacity is available at this villa. 

For security an alarm system and camera system are fitted at this property.

Note: A maximum of 6 adults + 1 child (0-5 years old) can be accepted in this villa. Please note that we do not allow friendship groups in this villa.

During the Winter season (October - April) the indoor pool can be heated free of charge, with a maximum temperature of 25-27 degrees. Between the months of May and September the indoor pool can be heated for an extra charge of 175 euros. The heating system for the pool takes 3 days to heat the pool and so guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use this feature at the beginning of their stay.

The underfloor heating to this villa can also be turned on for an extra fee of 175 euros per weekç in the winter.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.

The location information below is based on one-to-one measurements between the villa you want to rent and the specified location. The distances expressed as KM are determined by automobile and the distances expressed as MT are determined by our authorized staff by means of GPS measuring device.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
