Villa Zumrut

Villa Zümrüt is a charming secluded villa nestled in the natural hills of Kördere above Kalkan's blue bay. This is a wonderful choice for a group or family who want to retreat  and enjoy their holiday in peaceful surroundings. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that is partially hidden from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests  or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday.

The interior of the villa is spaced over 2 floors and has an unusual structure with two wings to the building. In one wing is an open-plan kitchen and living room  which connects to the pool terrace. The other wing has an indoor pool room which features a heated pool, hamam (Turkish bath) and sauna. The first floor has 3 bedrooms a twin and two identical spacious double suites; both have a jacuzzi and private balcony that look far across the green mountains and sea view. 

Here guests will find an usual T shaped  private pool which cuts through the centre of the terrace and looks out across the natural green landscape. To either side of this pool are two terraces, one for sunbathing and the other with an outdoor dining/seating area and BBQ. A curtain system is available to completely shield the front of the pool for more privacy. The ambiance is wonderful day or night, our guests will  love gazing out at the Kalkan sunsets.

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Zümrüt is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. The villa is found on a very steep uneven road so we advise our guests to hire a car in order to explore the area comfortably. Parking is available at road level next to the villa entrance.

The indoor pool can be heated for an extra charge of 140 euros per week. The pool heating takes 3 days to be fully felt so we recommend guests request this feature at the time of booking.

Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note : Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.
