Villa Hermes

Villa Hermes, located in Fethiye's Akarca region, is a brand new villa completed in the summer of 2021 by Baransel Group. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms on the upper floor of the villa - as well as a jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath (located on the top floor). On the ground floor is a spacious living area, with access to the pool terrace as well as dining kitchen - perfect for family meals. A further dining area is also located on the pool terrace, an ideal option for those wishing to dine al fresco or enjoy evening barbeques. 

The area where Villa Hermes is located is popular among holiday makers as well as residents, due to its close proximity to both Çalış and Fethiye town centre. A short journey into Fethiye centre via local buses can lead onto further opportunities to explore the local area. Our villa is also in close porximity to sports and entertainment areas as well as being located in Fethiye's most elite neighbourhood. For guests who are wishing to hire a car, street parking is availale next to the villas enterance.

Living Room: Modern Sea and Nature view, (Ground Floor)

Details: Seating group, Satellite TV (LCD), Air Conditioner, Dining table for 6 people, Fireplace, WC & Washbasin and Poolside exit.

1st Bedroom : Suite Junior Bedroom, (1st Floor)

Details: There are two single beds, a closet, a nightstand, a make-up table, an air conditioner, a TV, a bathroom.

2nd Bedroom : Suite Family Bedroom (1st Floor)

Details: Double bed, Wardrobe, Nightstand, Vanity table, Jacuzzi, TV, Air conditioning, Bathroom.

3. Bedroom : Suit Family Bedroom Room (Attic Floor)

Details: Double bed, Wardrobe, Nightstand, Vanity table, Air conditioning, Jacuzzi, TV, Exit to the terrace.

There is a hammam and a sauna room on the top floor of our villa.

Note: Villa Cavalli, Villa Prada and Villa Dior, which are right next to this villa, for large groups you may want to rent neighbouring villas depending on availability..

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
