Villa Hevin

Villa Hevin is a uniquely designed contemporary villa with private spa and infinity pool located high up above Kalkan's bay with breathtaking sea views. Villa Hevin stretches over three floors with the entrance of the villa connecting to the first floor which houses two double -ensuites each with private jacuzzi..  On the ground floor (one level below the villa's entrance level) is a generous open-plan living room and kitchen combined. The kitchen is well equipped and has a small island  for the gas hob with connecting breakfast bar. This room is fronted by large glass windows and doors which allow guests to admire the panoramic natural views of the surrounding mountains and sea. A double height ceiling above the sitting area creates a wonderfully spacious and bright ambiance.  This floor has a twin en-suite connecting directly to the pool terrace. This generous terrace is the ideal place for the family to spend the day with a large infinity pool and integrated children's pool, swing seat sunbathing area and shaded comfy seating area all set against a backdrop of endless turquoise sea views. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that is unseen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience privacy on their holiday. 

The lower ground floor hosts the villas' Spa where a generous indoor heated pool, private Sauna and Hamam (Turkish bath) are available to our guests. With this variety of facilities guests have everything they need for an unforgettable holiday.

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge (between October 1 - April 30)  on request. (Maximum 25 - 29 degrees) The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.

Note : The deposit fee is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest unless there is any damage / ravage during the checks at the exit of the villa.

The location information below is based on one-to-one measurements between the villa you want to rent and the specified location. The distances expressed as KM are determined by automobile and the distances expressed as M are determined by our authorised staff by means of GS measuring device.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
