Villa Sahmeran

Villa Şahmeran is a large villa positioned above Kalkan center in the Akbel area. From it's elevated position our guests can admire the views of Kalkan's hills surrounding the bay and the sea stretching off to the horizon.

The interior of the villa is open-plan, light an spacious with stylish fittings. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, dining table and lounging area. The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms, one on the ground floor and 4 on the upper floors. The master bedroom on the top floor with jacuzzi and leads out to incredible panoramic views from the roof terrace. 

Large sliding doors open from the living room out onto a spacious pool terrace with a large infinity pool. This terrace is ideal for enjoying a BBQ with wonderful sea and mountain views and ample space and facilities for dining or soaking up the sun. This villa is situated just out of Kalkan town center in Akbel which is on an incline. The amenities of the town are not within walking distance to this villa. The road leading to the villa is a winding gravel village lane which is steep in some areas. Guests may wish to rent a car or use local taxi services (which are reasonably priced) for returning to the villa. There is parking space available for guests who wish to hire a car.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
