Villa Serenity Spa

Villa Serenity Spa is a property deserving of it's name. Situated in the tranquil Kördere area above Kalkan's town center with unspoiled panoramic views of the local green mountains and far stretching sea, 'serenity' is most certainly what guests will experience. The pool terrace area is partially secluded, sheltered by large white fencing at either side, and slightly unseen from the outside so guests who require privacy during their holiday will be very comfortable in this villa.

The interior is spacious and has a cool, minimalist ambiance due to the use of white and cream fittings and marble throughout. From the living space guests can access the striking pool terrace which has panoramic views of the blue sea stretching out beneath your feet. Here guests can enjoy carefree hours under the sun lounging on one of the sunbeds that sit in the infinity pool or resting in the shade gazing at the view. A sheltered outdoor dining area and children's pool are also featured so guests do not even have to step foot outside of the villa. True to it's name the villa offers private spa facilities including an indoor pool, 2 jacuzzis and hamam (Turkish bath). There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, one twin and two doubles, all with modern glass fronted bathrooms and incredible sea views.

Indoor pool Dimensions : Width: 3.00 m Length: 5.00 m Depth: 1.10 m  The indoor pool is heated and the temperature can be adjusted free of charge (between October 1 - April 30) upon the request of our guests. Maximum 25-27 degrees.

Adjacent to this bedroom is a Turkish bath and indoor pool. Note: the sauna is no longer in use.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.

Note : The deposit fee is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest unless there is any damage / ravage during the checks at the exit of the villa.

The location information below is based on one-to-one measurements between the villa you want to rent and the specified location. The distances expressed as KM are determined by automobile and the distances expressed as M are determined by our authorised staff by means of GS measuring device.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
