Which villa is best for my stay?
With our range of monthly rental villas you will find desirable features that will keep you entertained throughout; whether staying here in the winter or summer. Available fro longer stays, these villas have been handpicked by our team based on their features, price and location as we believe they make for a suitable long stay vacation. During the Winter we reccommend guests to reserve villas with indoor pools, or heated pools so you can make the most of your villa. Furthermore to this villas with luxury features, such as a sauna, hamam or cinema room may also be ideal for darker and cooler days.
For those of you looking at booking a long stay for the Summer period, an outdoor pool is a must have feature that we provide in all of our villas. Moreover, villas located in the centre of town allow you to be located close by to restaurants, beach clubs and shops - meaning you can make the most of the Summer evenings.
Which location should I choose?
Both Kalkan and Fethiye have options for long stay villa rentals. Kalkan is a lively town during the Summer and quiet and relaxed in the Winter. Fethiye, spaced over a larger area is ideal all year, due the majorty of restaurants and shops remaining open throuhgout both summer and winter. The Ovacık area of Fethiye is ideally located for Summer stays and guests wishing to travel into Oludeniz.
What's included in my monthly price?
All prices include your electricy, water and cooking gas (unless stated at the time of booking). Housekeeping may be an option that is included in your villa's monthly rental, this will also be confirmed at the time you book.
Villas will be equipped for stays accordingly.
