The villa looked very nice from the pictures. We are not satisfied for the following reasons. On our first day, we encountered the following negativities. 1- Ants surrounded the kitchen and garden. We tried to do something with our own efforts. (There was no pre-control before us. Spraying could be done. After all, we don't pay for a holiday with ants.) 2- Since the air conditioner in the room on the attic was out of gas, we had to sleep in a room like a hammam for a few days. Since the weekend intervened, the deficiency was corrected after 1-2 days. (pre-check could be done and necessary precautions could be taken) 3- There were not enough kitchen utensils in the kitchen (glasses, plates, etc.). . After telling the staff about the villa, the deficiency was fixed. (pre-check could be done) Although the advertisement of 4-Tatilvillam.com says there is a "car garage" for villa roza 2, we saw that there is no car garage. (If the correct information was given, we would prefer rosa 1 or roza 3. 5-I think there is a problem with the windows of the shower cabin. While I was getting out of the shower cabin, even though I opened it normally, the glass shattered. God forbid we survived a serious accident. I think that the shower cabin doors should be checked for the safety of other guests and to prevent a similar accident from happening again. The aforementioned problem was also conveyed to the female friends in the baransel group's office in Kalkan. We have never seen the owner of the 6-Villa. We were not satisfied with villaroza 2 and with Tatilvillam.com because we could not find a contact person in general terms and for the reasons above. More attention should be paid to the work being done and should be treated meticulously. After all, we go on vacation and rest. Not problem solving. After this experience, I don't think I will use Tatilvillam.com. Hoping to take necessary precautions after these comments...

We had a villa experience for the first time, we had a lot of questions before we came, but first of all, I should start by thanking the staff of my holiday villa, Havva and Güliz, who gave us confidence in everything, and zeynep, who greeted us with a smiling face when we came to the center and helped us in every way. We came with an adult and 1 child and 1 baby. The villa is exactly what you see in the pictures, there is nothing missing, we did not have any problems, it was sheltered, it was comfortable and quiet, it was a very nice holiday to relax, the villa owner Halis Bey's house is close to the villa, it is also super help us with everything It was very nice to pick the grapes from the garden and eat them. It is very nice that they shared organic vegetables and village eggs from their own garden with us. In the evening, they introduced us to the village and served tea together with a warm family conversation. The people of the village are very warm people. We, as a family, loved Halis Bey and his wife Hacer very much, I hope next year We will go again, as I wrote in the title, it is impossible to live

I spent my holiday at Villa Huzur at the beginning of September. I was a little nervous because it was my first rental villa experience in Kalkan.. But thank God I had a very peaceful and enjoyable holiday.. I would like to thank our host Selçuk and Yakup Bey and TatilVillam family for helping me spend this holiday. They have created a very beautiful villa environment with really great efforts. The architecture of the house, the materials used in the house, the pool, the general workmanship are first class. I would also like to thank Mr. Selçuk, who took great care of me in particular. they showed that they are caring and decent hosts...The pictures and information here reflect the Villa to a large extent..Also, open your minds and ask.:I left happy and I recommend it to everyone..I wish everyone a happy and peaceful holiday.

I came from Istanbul, what I was looking for in a villa with a pool was to have a quiet holiday by ourselves. Baransel company welcomed what they offered in their advertisement and I would like to thank them for their smiling face. The villa was beautiful and very clean. All kinds of fruit trees and pine air around it. Mr. Bayram, the villa manager, knows no limits in service. God bless him. He is a very good and caring person. I did not expect this much. He took care of everything one by one as if his brother had come to his own house. His interest and treats continued to increase from the first day to the last day. We went for a walk in the bay. A mother greeted us, invited her to her house, we drank tea, we chatted, the room was the family of Bayram's brain, Aunt Hatice and Uncle Mehmet, may God be pleased with them, if you go, you should definitely visit them, pray, have a peaceful life. if you are on vacation.

We stayed in this villa for 1 week and the things I didn't like are: The air hockey downstairs is very bad. There is no door to the shower cabin in the sink of a downstairs room. The handle of Dusakabin remained in my hand. While I was wiping my hand on the towel, the towel hanger remained in my hand. In a villa called the garden will be cleaned every day, only 1 day came and the garden was cleaned. When we first came to the villa, we saw that there were fingerprints on the windows. Dust particles stuck to our feet. Not as hygienic as it should be. But it also has its good sides. Having many sunbeds, billiards, table tennis table, number of rooms and pool are among the things I like.

First of all, we would like to thank the owner of the villa Ayten and her husband for their friendliness and sincerity. We absolutely loved this villa where we spent our honeymoon, every detail has been carefully thought through and designed. The hammock set up in the garden against the magnificent view of Kalkan is a legend :) Also, the villa is at a very good distance from everywhere that can be visited in this region. We spend a wonderful holiday with my wife and leave the villa with happy memories :) We also thank Ms. Ayten for the figs she brought from her garden :)

Hello. We had a holiday in this villa in August 2017. It was truly one of the best vacations we have ever had with my family. The villa was perfect in terms of its location and view, pool, cleaning, maintenance and most importantly for us, its protection. We went, afraid that the villa will not be like in the video, we will encounter a surprise. But the villa was much nicer than we expected. Our villa owner Ahmet Bey showed great interest. The villa does not look like a 5-star hotel in terms of hygiene. It is a very peaceful place indeed.

It was a holiday that fully met our expectations. The villa was perfect in terms of comfort, interest, relevance and pleasure. If we talk about the Villa; luxury, clean, comfortable, pleasant, sheltered, with an alarm system (whether against any movement or against opening the door or window), it has enough of almost everything you may need. A car is required for this villa, I would like to point out to those who are interested in this villa. If I talk about the Kas - Kalkan region; It was my first holiday in this region. We fell in love with the region. Kalkan, and therefore the villa, is in the middle of the area where Kaputaş beach, Kaş, Patara and Saklıkent are located. Wherever you go, a magnificent nature and sea. If you are going to do a boat tour, I recommend the active Kekova tours, especially from the Kekova region. I wish you a good holiday in advance.

We chose the villa lean for our honeymoon and we spent a more beautiful, safe and relaxing honeymoon than we imagined. The house, garden, pool, everything is spotless. Also very sheltered. We stayed for 7 days in June, it was a very nice holiday, the house was wonderful 5 adults, 5 children and 1 baby were very comfortable, I would definitely recommend

First of all, I completely agree with the guests who commented here, I myself am not an easy liker. When we first arrived, we were hesitant to see if we had come to the right place, but we left regretfully, saying that we were almost there when we left. It is an ideal place for Conservative Families looking for Silence and Natural Environment. Also, thanks to Durmuş, who takes care of the Garden and the Pool, I recommend you to try the products they have produced themselves. All I can say is GO, SEE, HAVE A PEACEFUL HOLIDAY I'm sure you won't regret it.
