Really liked my stay here. Reasonable price for an amazing villa. Sauna and pool were really good. Smart TV in both rooms. Clean rooms. Most important it privacy.
We have checked in at 2 am due to flight delay, and Selda met us handed the keys, which we really appreciate. Would love to come back here soon again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an amazing stay with our family ( 10 people) in villa Queen arya. Everything was perfect and the host were very friendly. We could swim in the pool even early November ! The house is very well located and fully equipped.
Meine Frau und ich waren vom 24.09.2023 - 02.10.2023 in der wunderschönen Villa Highlight in Kalkan und hatten unseren besten Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit Baransel, als auch mit der tollen Gastgeberin Selda war jederzeit problemlos über Whatsapp möglich. Es wurde immer schnell geantwortet. Das Einchecken in die Villa ging ebenfalls reibungslos, obwohl wir sogar erst um 1 Uhr morgens ankamen und ich es nicht mehr erwartet hätte. Es kam ein Junge, der uns die Schlüssel gegeben uns uns kurz die Villa, sowie die ganzen Küchen-,Sauna- und Jakuzi-Funktionen gezeigt hat. Selda war rund um die Uhr erreichar und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kaution bekamen wir sogar einen Tag vor unserer Abreise zurück.
Zur Villa: Die Villa sieht wirklich 1 zu 1, wenn nicht sogar besser aus, wie auf den Bildern. Ich habe die anfangs kleiner eingeschätzt, jedoch waren die Zimmer, sowie die Aussenterasse sehr groß. Man hat sein sehr großes gemütliches und schön dekoriertes Wohnzimmer, ein großes Schlafzimmer, sowie ein langes Badezimmer. Alles war sehr sauber und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Beide Fernseher im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind Smart-TVs und haben alle Apps, wie Youtube, Netflix etc. Das tollste an dieser Villa ist die Lage und die Aussicht. Die Villa ist weder zu hoch gelegen, dass man schwer hinkommt, noch zu tief an der Stadt, sodass es zu laut sein könnte. Man hat komplette Ruhe, jedoch kann man auch mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 Minuten runter in die Stadt fahren, welche auch sehr schön ist für einen Spaziergang, Shopping, eine Bootsfahrt oder einen Restaurant-Besuch. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe, 5 Gehminuten entfernt und man findet alle nötigen Produkte die man im Alltag braucht.
Die Villa ist meiner Meinung nach am besten geeignet für kleine Familien, Paare oder auch Singles.
It was our first time booking a villa and this one was absolutely amazing. Breathtaking Views of the sea and dunes on one side and amazing back drop off mountains to the other side. Absolutely beautiful villa with 0 complaints, everything was just perfect. I will 100% come and stay again!
We stayed in Villa Manzaram 61 in August and what an amazing week it was! The villa is super clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and has 6 big bedrooms with en-suite, AC and a great swimming pool. The owners are very friendly and welcomed us warmly. We're already looking forward to our next stay! Highly recommended.
Great villa! Fully in line with the pictures. Located in the quiet place not far from the Fethiye city Center (by car). Amazing swimming pool, barbecue area, master bedroom with jacuzzi and 2 other bedrooms with master bathrooms each. Netflix, YouTube, WI-FI works perfectly. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is an indoor pool, sauna and hammam on the ground floor, which makes it superb if it’s raining outside. We were super happy in this place! Host was very responsive, helped with all questions immediately! Seaside is about 800 m walking, but we were travelling by car and visited Ölüdeniz beach also, which is just 20 min by car from villa. Big Migros is just 5 min by car and great fish market in the city Center. Overall amazing experience! All furniture, linen, etc is super new and it was very pleasant to stay in the house. The territory of the villa is not big, but very well maintained and isolated with trees and stone fence from the street and other villas.
A gorgeous, spacious and comfortable villa with a beautiful view. It was perfectly situated to walk into town (not back though - far too steep!) and return by taxi - you never have to wait and it costs about £3.50. The pool area is just beautiful, with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, and a lovely outdoor eating area. We would love to visit again.
We had a really great week. The Villa is very spacious - big bedrooms, kitchen/living area and outdoor eating and relaxing areas. It was very well maintained - the caretaker came regularly to water plants etc and also to fix any issues - not that we had them but a request for more large glasses was met immediately for example. The Villa is on a steep hill (like the rest of Kalkan) but it’s very easy to get local cheap taxis. There is a small supermarket and pizza restaurant within walking distance and many of the bigger supermarkets in town will arrange taxis too. All in all, a great stay.
We stayed in Villa Rigel for a week and had a fantastic time. The Villa is amazing and the locals very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars for this review but I feel the agents and owners of the villa have let themselves down by over looking the finer points of the holiday market. I believe that if you rent a holiday property the owners should supply the basic day-to-day necessities, unfortunately, this was not the case. In the kitchen there were no T Towels, sink cloths or scourers. No cleaning cloths or mops. Not even a plug for the sink. No microwave. I know that we have to supply our own food and drink which is normal, but having to buy cleaning utensils and liquids is a first. There were no toilet rolls in 8 bathrooms. No plugs in ANY sink on the premises. There were lights not working and wardrobe doors not fitted properly. No extra pillows in any bedroom, no top sheets on the beds just a blanket throw.
With regard to any condiments i.e. salt and pepper etc. being left behind it looks like the cleaning staff have had a field day after each holiday group vacate as we left items not used. This is fine but please leave the towels and washing up liquids!!
