The villa is very beautiful with everything, when we went 8 years ago, it was very clean and they were interested. Everything was available in the villa. Definitely as seen in the photos. As far as I can see, they also renewed the furniture. Then we rented this villa for the second time and we were satisfied with everything again.
From the outside everything is as it appears in the pictures. Sea view, pool access from the room, jacuzzi in the other room. All of these caused us to rent this hotel. But some things didn't turn out as we had hoped when we were there. I do not mean external factors, because the weather conditions in October are not necessarily the same as in the summer months. But for example, the bathroom at the place where you can enter the pool from the room was unusable at all, it even smelled. The waters were heated by the sun, as we had rain, the water was heated only at noon. If we filled the jacuzzi in the evening, there was no hot water in the morning and we had to wait until noon. The electricity was cut twice. Once the water stopped. The water didn't even flow from the sink. While the news that the electricity would be cut off was given to the acquaintances living in another villa in the afternoon, we had to contact the owner ourselves. Beds are not comfortable. We think they came to clean the pool once in a week, because we always had to clean it. The drain hole in the shower is very small, if you want to take a long shower, the bedroom may be under water. The road to the villa is comfortable, but the last 10-15 meters have to be driven up steeply. Not good for those with a fear of heights. In addition, there is a camera towards the part of the pool that will swing, and in the window of that part of the villa. Unfortunately, it is not that conservative for veiled women. And the window of the pool, which is passed through the room, is either broken or not consciously. And since it is the top of the mountain, it is protected from wind noise etc. can hardly sleep.
All these factors were never told to us. The owner of the villa came once, and his brother always took care of the rest. Thankfully he's a helpful person and tried to sort things out right away but they should have said these things from the beginning.

The view of the sea from the terrace, the style of the house and especially the kitchen. These are all beautiful. Moreover, easy access to markets and mosques. It is not far from the sea either. It's probably nicer to stay in a villa in the summer.
Villa Cavalli is one of the cleanest establishments I have ever stayed in. The villa meets all the holiday needs of a family very well. We would also like to thank the managers, Mrs. Saliha and Mr. Bilal, for their sincerity and interest. We recommend it to everyone who comes to Fethiye.
There were no problems with cleaning etc. in the villa, but I was only disgraced because there was an air conditioning problem in the villa for the price of a 5-star hotel.

He always took the bottoms , one was a BMW one was a golf town car . We couldn't afford to go down again, anyway, if there wasn't an officer who goes up every day, God bless a very good officer, we would be hungry and thirsty there, there were 40 50 cm gaps in places on the road, I don't know if you have a land vehicle, go to it, think again -[<#>]-- the road sucks
Fabulous service and excellent communication from Lotte at Baransel throughout the booking process and our stay. Helpful and friendly check in with Selcuk. Villa had great views, sunsets and was really spacious with excellent facilities, a real home from home. Sauna and indoor pool a bonus. Comfortable beds and plenty of space throughout the villa. Not walking distance to town but it's an easy taxi ride for 35-40TL and taxi was there within 10 mins of call.
Our 2nd Holiday in Villa Linda We had a winter holiday with our friends for 2 years in a row. Villa linda and villa phoenix being side by side makes it more comfortable for us to go with our friend pride. I would highly recommend it to those who want to go. My wife and I chose it for our honeymoon. We were very satisfied, we liked it very much and we were comfortable. I would like to go again for the second time. The only problem was that we went in the first week of October, the pool was a bit cold, but we still enjoyed it very much. If I have the chance to go again, I would like to go in July or August. I'm sure it's much more beautiful in those days. I would recommend it to anyone who is hesitant to go. In addition, you are not in the view of other villas in the vicinity, it is closed on all four sides. A nuclear family of four can easily choose it.
