Located in Kalkan Kördere, Villa Bala opens its doors to you. Everything in our villa is thought out to the finest detail and it is designed for our guests who want to have a privileged holiday. Our villa, which has a perfect sea and nature view from every room, is extremely luxurious, specially decorated and designed. Our villa with 2 suite bedrooms also has a completely sheltered pool terrace. At the same time, the jacuzzi and heated indoor pool in the villa are perfectly designed to relieve the tiredness of a year. Villa Bala, where you will enjoy your holiday, is waiting for you. 

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Bala is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very narrow, steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area. 

Please note Villa Bala is located next to Villa Arcadia and Villa Talia, and so for larger groups these may be suitable options.

The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. Details: Double bed, wardrobe, dresser, baby bed, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and exit to balcony.

2nd Bedroom: Suite Family Bedroom, Sea and Nature View (1st Floor)

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 Euros. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is seen during the controls to be made during the check out process.
