Villa Capella

Villa Capella is perched on the Kızıltaş hills of Kalkan with an elevated view that is incomparable. From the villas numerous terraces and balconies you may cast your eyes over Kalkans' natural beauty; the quaint town, harbour, natural mountains and the sprawling turquoise sea. This villa is an excellent choice for an active family or group with it's generous pool terrace area, large infinity pool and a sports and games room to keep guests entertained. Found on the lower ground floor the sports room is spacious and cool with a striking natural stone feature displayed along one wall. Guests can use the running machine and exercise bike or compete at pool or table tennis. There are 5 modern en-suite bedrooms (the master bedroom has a jacuzzi) all of which have balconies with spectacular sea views. At the top of the villa is a roof terrace with a seating area where you will get the best view of the stunning Kalkan sunsets or stars at night. 

Guests who are considering this villa should be aware that the road leading to the villa is steep The center of Kalkan is around a 10 minute walk from the villa following the roads downhill. However to return to the villa the uphill walk can be challenging in the heat so guests my wish to hire a car or use the reasonably priced local taxi service to take the uphill journey back to the villa. For guests who hire a car there is ample parking space available.

The villas pool can be heated for an extra weekly fee of 300 EURO. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

The location information below is based on one-to-one measurements between the villa you want to rent and the specified location. The distances expressed as KM are determined by automobile and the distances expressed as MT are determined by our authorised staff by means of GS measuring device.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
