Villa Derya is a strikingly beautiful villa nestled on a hill which provides a breathtaking view over the Aegean sea around Guvercinlik area. Our villa is built as two floors with 4 bedrooms and 8 people accommodation capacity.Thanks to the villa's advantageous position our customers can effortlessly access the beach,as a consequence of this Villa Derya is one of the rarer houses where you can enjoy the pool and the sea together.Here our visitors can turn evening meals into pleasure accompanied by the sunset on the poolside terrace.The villa offers a living room, an open kitchen, a bedroom, a laundry room with a mini counter and a WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have sea view, and 2 bathrooms (one of which is a suite). Our villa is 17 km from Bodrum center and 21 km from Milas Airport. The villa has an alarm and camera system for security.

Check in time is fromm 17.00 and check out at 11.00

Internet : Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.While being sufficent for mails,social media and news,unfortunately the internet is abundant for watching movies&videos and downloading files.

Note: The deposit amount for this villa is 400 Euro. The deposit amount will be returned to guests in 7 days provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
