Villa Fatma

Ideally located in Kalkan's Kiziltas region is Villa Fatma; a 4 bed villa with the capacity to sleep 8 guests. Our villa, has a large pool terrace and private pool, where guests can enjoy watching Kalkan's bays roll out in the distance. The pool terrace to Villa Fatma features plenty of shaded areas, for guests to dine al-fresco or relax by the poolside for afternnon tea. Furthermore to this, sunbeds have been provided for guests wishing to soak up the sun's rays. A small grassed area is also provided at the back of the villa. 

Indoors the villas is spacious and open plan. A large kitchen has been fitted, catering to all of your needs, and an L shaped couch has been placed in the living room for guests to enjoy winding down in the evenings. Sea Views can also be enjoyed throughout the villa, allowing guests to truly appreciate their surroundings. Further along the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, creating an ideal space for extended family members. This bedroom has access to the pool terrace from the balcony. Upstairs, on the first floor a double bedroom, with jacuzzi, and a ti-win bedroom can be found. A further double bedroom with access to a roof terrace is situated on the second floor.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EUR If no damage is detected during the checks at the villa exit, the deposit amount will be refunded to the guest.
