Villa Hanzade

Villa Hanzade is situated high up on the hills of Islamlar village above the town of Kalkan.  Guests who stay here will be rejuvenated by the natural setting as the villa is totally shrouded in greenery. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday. An infinity pool with integrated children's pool around found in the pool terrace with plenty of sunbathing space, outdoor seating and a hammock so guests can relax and recline under the sun. A table tennis table and BBQ are also provided to allow our guests to make the most of outdoor living. 

The interior has two floors, the ground floor consists of an  open- plan living room, dining room and kitchen which connect to the pool terrace in front. On the first floor are the villas two en-suite bedrooms, a double and a twin both with large private balconies which have a view of the sea in the distance beyond the trees. 

Islamlar village where villa Hanzade  is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants serving trout and traditional cuisine.  Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found just off the main road along a gravel path and is accessed through a gated entrance Parking space is available inside the gated entrance.

Villa Hanzade is located close to several of our other featured villas; villa Carna  and villa Zara. Groups who want to rent more than one villa close together are invited to explore these villas.

Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
