Villa Sea Vista, located between Kalkan's Kalamar Bay area and Ortaalan is a detached 2 bedroom villa with the capacity to sleep 4 guests. Completed in 2025 Villa Sea Vista a new build villa, with a modern design and has been fitted with comfortable furniture. The spacious pool terrace features a private pool, as well as plenty of places for dining, sunbathing and simply relaxing by the poolside. As well as this a buillt in coal barbeque can be found to the side allowing guests to dine al-fresco in the comfort of their own home. 

Villa Sea Vista has been designed to allow each guest to relax comfortably  on their well deserved break. Indoors is light and airy, with plenty of access to the pool terrace from the living area. On the basement floor an at home cinema can be found; here guests can relax and enjoy a movie night with loved ones. Upstairs, both of the villa's two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and they both have double beds. The villa's Master Bedoom also features a jacuzzi, for added luxury on your luxury holiday.
