Villa Style

Villa Style is a luxury villa befitting of it's name. This villa has spa features and is found in the elevated Kördere area of Kalkan. Given it's elevated position the villa boasts incredible views stretching far out to sea. With both indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and jacuzzi villa Style offers everything you need to unwind. The pool terrace area is secluded and unseen from the outside so guests who desire privacy during their holiday will be very comfortable in this villa.

On the ground floor there is a chic open-plan living room/ dining room/ kitchen which is full of light and makes the most of the beautiful seascape seen beyond the infinity pool at the front of the property.  There are two elegant and spacious en-suites on this floor with luxury fittings and access to the pool terrace. The final bedroom of the property (adjacent to a private sauna) is a double suite with sea facing balcony and jacuzzi. The ground floor double suite connects to the villas' indoor pool. From here you can access the stunning pool terrace with a large infinity pool and integrated children's pool designed so that two sunbeds can sit in the water at one end. A sheltered dining, seating and BBQ area is available along with with ample sunbathing space. This is the perfect spot to enjoy leisurely days gazing at the unspoiled views. 

The entrance to this villa is accessed by going up a gated flight of steps. The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Style is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. There is sheltered parking space available below the villa. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.

For security an alarm and camera system are fitted at this villa.

Indoor Pool Dimensions : Width; 2.70 m Length; 4,70 m Depth; 1.20 m  The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge (between October 1 - April 30)  on request. (Maximum 26 - 27 degrees) The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

The location information below is based on one-to-one measurements between the villa you want to rent and the specified location. The distances expressed as KM are determined by automobile and the distances expressed as M are determined by our authorized staff by means of GPS measuring device.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
