Villa Yigit

Villa Yiğit is an ultra-luxury villa whose construction was completed in June 2021, in Kördere district of Kalkan. Our villa, which offers a panoramic view of Kalkan, has been designed from top to bottom in a stylish and modern way. Consisting of 3 suite bedrooms in total, our villa has an exquisite sea view from all its rooms. You can add a different dimension and meaning to your holiday with extras such as Turkish bath, sauna, heated indoor pool, double jacuzzi, table football and table tennis. Our villa, where the pool and the part on the pool terrace are completely sheltered, also appeals to conservative families and honeymooners. Villa Yigit has been presented to the service of you, our esteemed guests.

Due to the villas location we recommend guests hire a car or use a local taxi service to explore the local areas.

Note: There is a Security Camera and Alarm in our villa.

NOTE : The last 200 m road of the villa consists of a steep slope.

Note : This villa is close to Villa Bohem and Lord. It is an ideal option for our guests who want to rent more than one villa close to each other.

Indoor Pool Dimensions; Width: 2.80 m Length: 5.0 m Depth: 1.20 m (The indoor pool is heated and the temperature can be adjusted free of charge (between October 1st and April 30th) according to our guests' request.)(Maximum 25-29 degrees)

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 Euros. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
