Villa Yuce 3

Villa Yuce 3 is a partially secluded villa located in Kalkan's Kördere area, the villa has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 guests. Completed in 2024, Villa Yuce 3 makes for an ideal holiday home for guests looking to relax on their break away. The pool terrace features places to sunbathe, dine al fresco and relax by the poolside; allowing you to spend plenty of time with your loved ones. Indoors the villa has been modernly furnished and consists of an open plan kitchen diner and living room, as well as a Master bedroom and further twin room. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, and the Master bedrooms has access onto the pool terrace.

The location of the villa is an area of Kalkan called Kordere situated in the mountains above Kalkan town and the sea. While this location lends itself to uninterrupted views and total tranquility it is not within walking distance to the town, beach and restaurants. The gravel road leading to the villa is off the beaten track. 

Villa Yüce 3 is close to another of our featured villas: Villa Yüce 1 and Yuce 2. Villa Yüce 1 and 2  are excellent options for guests who wish to rent more than one villa.

Note: There is a bathtub in the family bedroom of our villa. It does not have a jacuzzi feature.

Pool Floor Terrace: Sunbathing area, Private pool, Private garden

The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.
