Villa Yuksel 1

Villa Yüksel 1 is perched in the mountains of Kalkan's Kördere area with an elevated view that captures the whole of Kalkan's astonishing seascape. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that is totally hidden from the outside and there is nothing obscuring the front of the property. This makes Yüksel 1  an ideal holiday place for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy and freedom on their holiday. The terrace is well designed to allow our guests to have long leisurely days under the sun and to appreciate the star illuminated night sky. The infinity pool is generous sweeping across the whole front of the property, behind it is a sunbathing area and children's playground and to the side a canopy shaded dining and seating area with BBQ.

From the pool terrace you can enter the ground floor of the villa where the open-plan living room and kitchen sit adjacent to the Spa section is found. Here there is an indoor heated pool with skylight and private sauna and hamam (Turkish bath). All of these are glass-fronted facing out to the pool and sea view. Luxurious marble has been used throughout the villa and has been made a special feature in the master bedroom on the first floor. Marble surrounds the bed, jacuzzi and is hung a a tableau on the wall and has been designed to light up giving a unique ambiance to the room.  Two further en-suites are available, a twin and a double (this double also has a jacuzzi). All bedrooms have balconies with seats so our guests can rise to admire the beautiful landscape. 

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Yüksel 1 is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. The villa entrance is accessed by going up a long flight of steps and parking is available at road level below the villa. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.

Villa Yüksel 1 is one of four villas built adjacent to one another and this villa sits above villa Yüksel 4. The entrances to these villas are completely independent from one another. For groups who are considering renting more than one villa we recommend taking a look at the other villas next to Yüksel 1; Yüksel 2, Yüksel 3, Yüksel 4 and villa Espada which is just below the Yüksel villas.

Details: The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge (between October 1 - April 30)  on request. (Maximum 25 - 30 degrees) The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
