Villa Zirve is the ultimate choice for a holiday filled with tranquility in an ultra-chic space. Guests will delight at the unspoiled wonderful views, stretching out in front of you are rolling green hills reaching out to the sea and in the distance is a quiet traditional village. The interior of the villa equals these views in spectacularity with luxury design and fittings throughout. The villa has 4 chic en-suite bedrooms, the master is on the roof terrace floor and has a jacuzzi and access to the terrace with sauna, sunbathing area and seating area. A kitchenette is also provided so guests can prepare drinks to sip as they admire the panoramic sea and landscape views. The pool terrace is home to a large infinity pool, sunbathing area, outdoor dining space. This villa's pool is sheltered with a curtain system and cannot be seen form the outside, making this property the perfect choice for a conservative family or guests who desire more privacy during their holiday. 

The location of the villa is an area of Kalkan called Kordere situated in the mountains above Kalkan town and the sea. While this location lends itself to uninterrupted views and total tranquility it is not within walking distance to the town, beach and restaurants. The gravel road leading to the villa is off the beaten track. Guests may wish to hire a car or use the reasonably priced local taxi services. A private garage with 2 cars capacity is available at this villa. 

For security an alarm system and camera system are fitted at this property.

The pool can be heated at guests prior request for an additional fee (220 EURO per week). This option is worth considering especially in spring and autumn months when the pools temperature is around 17 degrees. Using the heater system can increase the temperature up to 27 degrees. A pool cooler is also available at guests prior request for an additional fee (175 EURO per week) during the summer months when the heat becomes intense Please be sure to request the pool is cooled/heated when you make your booking request to ensure this feature is ready for your arrival.

The location and view of the villa is very good in my opinion because you can go to Patara and Kaputaş beaches in 10-15 minutes with your car. There are many supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. With the pool heating, we spent the whole day having fun in the pool, including the night, even in 20-25 degrees weather in May, it was large enough and very clean. We chose this villa for a quiet family holiday in July. I was a little worried as we will try the concept of holiday in the villa for the first time, but we had a great time together as 2 children and 4 adults. The size of the villa is also ideal for spending time alone. Everything has been thought of. The comfort of the sitting groups, tables and sun loungers on the terrace on the upper and lower floors is super, high quality and immaculate. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and bathrooms were also very nice. The pool is not very big but quite adequate. I will never forget to enjoy morning coffee by the pool and cold beer at the pool at sunset. We had a barbecue every evening and played our music by the pool and ate our dinner. There is a ping-pong table, foosball, chess and backgammon at home, and you can spend the day without getting bored. There are plenty of plates and tools in the kitchen. Everything is thought of at home. The only problem is the bees at mealtime, but you can get rid of it by burning incense. Just above the villa, another villa belonging to the same owner was built. It is not visible in the photos because it is new. Although it is just above, there is no contact due to the difference in elevation, so you do not feel uncomfortable. A car is also required. It is very close to the center, you are in the center in 7-8 minutes by car. But due to the geographical structure of the region, you make a small climb by car. On the way home, you can also do your shopping at the markets such as Şok-Migros-Kipa at the entrance of Kaş. Finally, I would like to thank especially the host Mr. Cemil and his wife for their interest. They answered all our questions and helped us during our holiday. The place is on a very hill, but there is a pit in front of it and there is a hill from the maquis in front of it, so it has very little sea view. Two people were stinged by bees because the bees had built their nests. Let's come to the host..!!! Even though we did not pay a weekly rent of 8250 TL, 3000 TL more than even the highest rental price due to the 2018 Eid-al-Adha, the landlord deducted 160 TL from the deposit due to the fact that 1 sheet, a face towel and a pillowcase were dirty at check-out. By the way, he bought 75-tl for the duvet cover and 85-tl for the towel. Foreigners never make such small calculations. In summary, as tenants who paid 3000 TL more than the highest rental price during the holiday, we were in serious shock.

The villa pool is very suitable for conservative families, its surroundings are extremely peaceful and quiet, but it is not deserted as to be feared for security reasons. We stayed as a nuclear family with our two children. alarm and security cameras are already quite sufficient. But it is a beautiful and spacious villa that is large enough for two or even three families to stay comfortably. The kitchen utensils are more than enough, there is more than what you have in your home, there is never a shortage, there are even three or so graters, even on the day we left, Cemil Bey's wife was still coming with new plates in her hands. When the children grew up, my daughter and I were quite tired of the holidays we spent in a pool, my son and my wife in a separate pool. We were worried about whether the villa was beautiful as in the pictures or if we would have any problems with the reservation. The gentleman and his wife have furnished the villa magnificently. The location of the villa is a perfect, quiet and peaceful environment that you can use from the garden to the pool, especially for conservative families. The front of the villa is very open....you can go to the pool and garden without the need for walls and curtains, this feature is super. ..the cleanliness of the villa and the pool is excellent..the furnishings are very high quality They have thought of everything, from beach towels to beach towels. There is nothing you can't find in kitchen utensils, everything is more than enough. Plus, the owner of the villa has made a special effort for the children to have fun.
