Our project is located in the Ölüdeniz / Hisarönü area, one of the most popular holiday destinations in Fethiye. This region is highly preferred by holidaymakers and entertainment enthusiasts alike. With its prime location, historical value, and many other advantages, Hisarönü continues to be one of the most rapidly appreciating areas in the Mediterranean.

Our project consists of a total of 12 detached luxury villas. Due to the strong demand from British tourists in particular, the region is highly popular during the summer season. Villa Structure

All villas in our project are fully detached and offer both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Inside our villas, you will find many luxury features such as a Turkish bath (hammam), sauna, jacuzzi, and more. Designed by our experienced architects, the BaHisar project includes:

The basement floor includes a heated indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath (hammam), and sauna.
The ground floor features a living room opening onto the pool terrace, along with an open-plan American kitchen.
The first floor offers one en-suite youth bedroom and one family bedroom.
The attic floor includes a spacious en-suite master bedroom.

All villas available for rent in our project are furnished with custom-designed furniture and equipped to meet all the needs of a home from A to Z.

BaHisar villas are designed to provide both a luxurious lifestyle and a perfect holiday experience. Our project consists of three different villa types and includes many premium features such as underfloor heating, nature views, private swimming pools, jacuzzis, Turkish baths (hammam), saunas, and fireplaces. Located 10 km from Fethiye city center and just 5 minutes from Ölüdeniz, construction of BaHisar villas began in November 2022.

Unlike villas designed only for summer use, BaHisar villas offer comfort and convenience throughout the entire year. In addition to a fireplace and underfloor heating system, each villa is equipped with a central air conditioning system. Furthermore, thanks to the heated indoor pool located in the basement, you can enjoy swimming even during the winter months.

Simple and Modern Design

Although it may vary depending on the villa type, BaHisar villas are designed as 4+1 layouts, with the largest consisting of four floors and others of three floors. In the living room, where hidden lighting is used, wooden wall decorations elegantly separate the living and dining areas. The open-plan kitchen is designed in two sections with a central island that accommodates four people. In the bedrooms, headboards are decorated with mirrors and wooden details, creating a stylish and modern atmosphere.
