This property is absolutely fantastic! This villa is a short distance from Kalkan, which is actually preferred, as the villas surrounding the local town Kalkan are all really clustered together, whereas this one is a short distance away at the top of a mountain with only 4/5 properties in that vicinity, which makes it lovely and private.

The sun is over the villa from 9/10am and sets over the view of Patara beach, meaning you have 11 hours of straight sunshine over your villa. The property has everything that you would need, and is extremely clean. Meet at their offices in Kalkan, after which they take you to your villa. Our caretaker Yusef was very kind, and looked after us all week. He gave me his (Hidden by Airbnb) number, so anything we needed he was just a phone call away.

Everything you would need for a self catering trip can be found in Kalkan which is about 10 minutes drive away. The have main supermarkets such as Migros, or local butchers and shops as well. I can honestly say the entire experience was outstanding, and we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you Baransel for such a lovely experience :)

In fact, when you were planning your vacation, all you thought about was silence. While looking at the villas from my holiday villa, I must admit that the most magnificent villa was Larissa. I made a reservation without thinking. In general, there are differences between the visual and the real in such villas. Yes, there were differences in this villa too, but positive =) The doors of a much more stylish, warm and peaceful villa than the ones in the pictures, our host Fatoş, a warm pie treat waiting for you in the kitchen, a clean pool, quiet away from everyone, just sit with the splash of the pool and sip your coffee. We would like to thank Ms. Fatoş and Mr. Ahmet for your hosting beyond my expectations. I hope we meet again on a vacation.

We lived in a very peaceful house for five days. Everything was very useful and tastefully furnished. I was hesitant to come with my 4 month old baby, but we had no problems. I would recommend it to anyone who is considering coming. It's a very cute house and the hosts are very friendly :))

I stayed in Villa Despina for about 1 week, it was a very nice and wonderful experience for me and my wife. It is an ideal villa for honeymooners, absolutely clean, sheltered and reliable. We went last year, at the end of August, beginning of September, everything was perfect. We went last year. The owner and his wife open the pool whenever you need it. The owner of the house came with surprises every 2 days. They left a variety of local olive paste on the table. He brings whatever you want to the market. There is a barbecue, you can grill it with a tube whenever you want. By the way, the house is made of stone, so it looks like there is air conditioning in every room, but we didn't even feel the need.

We stayed in October 2019. The villa is much more beautiful than the pictures, it was delivered in a very clean and orderly way. There is nothing tiring for the eyes, the architects who have worked milimaalists. We used the outdoor pool even in October, it gets the sun at noon, and the indoor pool was super in the evenings. We couldn't have breakfast on the first day because of the power cut in the neighborhood, and Mr. Abdullah did not make us victims, he invited us to breakfast. Thank you. We didn't want to leave the view in the villa and go out, we wanted time to stop.

First of all, we tried to make our comment after the holiday, but there was a problem with the site, I think it gave an error. We did not know where to start in Villa Alisa. We admired the sincerity and sincerity of Uncle Bilal and his wife, in fact, we felt at home. This was our first holiday and we went uneasy. After all, we couldn't predict what kind of place we would encounter, but I can tell you that it is a much more beautiful and peaceful place than the ones in the picture. The house was immaculate, the pool and the garden were cleaned daily before we got up, we didn't even know about it. They bring everything with the order, you have no doubt about that, but you don't even have to say let's not forget this. There was also a very beautiful and peaceful garden with fruit on its branches, in short, we could not get enough of it. If we go again, we call Villa Alisa again, we are very, very satisfied.

As someone who has been to Kalkan before, I asked myself how I had not discovered this place. I was in the midst of peace. It is really good to stay in a place away from noise and crowd, where no one can see. When you wake up in the morning, a magnificent sea view welcomes you, and a magnificent sunset in the evening. It was the first time to experience a villa, it was a short holiday in the white palace for us, but we had a great time, and we have a decision to repeat it next year.
