Ideal for conservative families. The only negative thing I can do for the villa, unfortunately, is that we deal with flies, insects and a lot of pests. You cannot open the windows of the rooms, you cannot sit by the pool in the evenings. In particular, we saw grasshoppers, spiders and some insects larger than we have ever seen. Due to the location of the villa, I think you may encounter an insect from all sides, including the garden of the house. You can't sit properly in the garden because of mosquitoes in the evening. However, if you are sensitive to insects such as insects, grasshoppers, spiders, etc., this villa may not be suitable for you. You can prefer crowded areas with more buildings and neighbors. In fact, as far as we learned, more crowded areas are being sprayed, but this villa is a very isolated place because it is on a hill by itself.

We made a holiday by renting a villa for the first time. We were completely satisfied. This villa has a wonderful sea view, away from the sounds and lights of the city. Privacy is great, the pool is definitely not in a position to be seen from the outside. The house was delivered to us in immaculate condition. We did not experience any inconvenience regarding the villa. In conclusion, I definitely recommend it.

This property is absolutely fantastic! This villa is a short distance from Kalkan, which is actually preferred, as the villas surrounding the local town Kalkan are all really clustered together, whereas this one is a short distance away at the top of a mountain with only 4/5 properties in that vicinity, which makes it lovely and private. The sun is over the villa from 9/10am and sets over the view of Patara beach, meaning you have 11 hours of straight sunshine over your villa. The property has everything that you would need, and is extremely clean. Meet at their offices in Kalkan, after which they take you to your villa. Our caretaker Yusef was very kind, and he looked after us all week. He gave me his whatsapp number, so anything we needed he was just a phone call away. Everything you would need for a self catering trip can be found in Kalkan which is about 10 minutes drive away. The have main supermarkets such as Migros, or local butchers and shops as well. I can honestly say the entire experience was outstanding, and we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you Baransel for such a lovely experience
