The pool is suitable for conservative families, it is not visible from the outside and is cleaned daily. There are places to visit and beaches at a distance of 25 km.

I would like to thank Mr. Yasin, the owner of the villa, and the staff of Tatilvillam, who always helped us during our holiday, which we completed with 6 adults and 5 children between 14-21 June with memories we will never forget. Since it was our first villa holiday, we initially hesitated to rent it with many questions in our minds, but when we saw the villa, all our ideas changed. The villa is in a very good location, as it looks in the pictures, the furniture is not old, and it has a great view and a magnificent sunset. I can also say that the pool is absolutely invisible from the outside and the surroundings. The villa is in a location not far from the center, where you can quickly take care of your market needs by car. I would say that you should definitely visit Patara Beach and Saklıkent, which are not far from Kalkan. Finally, I would like to thank Yasin, the owner of the villa, for not responding negatively to our request to enter the villa early due to our journey, and for his hospitality and prompt response to all our needs and questions. First of all, for those who want to relax, families, newly married couples. It's a gorgeous place to wear. Üzümlü village is a nice village with very friendly people. The villa is in a wonderful environment with clean air, in touch with nature. It would be unfair not to mention Zekeriya Bey, the owner of the villa. We have a very helpful and clean back. We left Villa Espada, which we came as a family of 5, very satisfied. Our biggest concern was hygiene, but the villa was very clean. Sait Abi, the manager of Villa Espada, came early every morning to get the baton, clean the pool and check if there was any need. Besides that, another concern was whether the house would match with the photographs. I can say that it was the same as for the duvet cover sets. If you are looking for cleanliness, luxury and comfort, Villa Espada is definitely the right address. Besides all this, as an architect, I congratulate the architecture of Villa Espada. The villa is a spacious and clean villa that is well above my expectations. owner Anıl Bey is very interested in even the slightest problem. We did not have a problem in the pleasant prk. Perfectly located villa on a quiet road yet still easy walking distance down to the old town and beaches. The walk back up is quite steep so we always go taxis but they're so cheap it doesn't matter. The host was excellent in arranging our transfers and a late checkout. We also had a basic food package for our arrival which was great since we arrived early am. Pool area is very spacious for 6 people and shade available if you need it. The rooms were well sized and had ensuites, AC and balconies. The terrace on the top floor is perfect for pre-dinner drinks. Supermarket is just a 2-3min drive away. Space for parking if you decide to hire a car. The housekeeper is also very helpful in keeping the pool clean, watering the plants and taking away rubbish throughout the week. Couldn't fault it, would definitely go back!

I've read all the comments and I totally agree with them all. Everyone has written very well. I can say that it is the right place in Kalkan, especially if you do not want people to see you. Ideal for conservative families. The only negative thing I can do for the villa, unfortunately, is that we deal with flies, insects and a lot of pests. You cannot open the windows of the rooms, you cannot sit by the pool in the evenings. In particular, we saw grasshoppers, spiders and some insects larger than we have ever seen. Due to the location of the villa, I think you may encounter an insect from all sides, including the garden of the house. You can't sit properly in the garden because of mosquitoes in the evening. However, if you are sensitive to insects such as insects, grasshoppers, spiders, etc., this villa may not be suitable for you. You can prefer crowded areas with more buildings and neighbors. In fact, as far as we learned, more crowded areas are being sprayed, but this villa is a very isolated place because it is on a hill by itself.

In general, it was a pleasant holiday, the children's pool was ideal, the host Mustafa's goodwill, welcome and welcome gave us a better taste than the holiday. I recommend those who prefer to come prepared for mosquitoes. Happy holidays

We made a holiday by renting a villa for the first time. We were completely satisfied. This villa has a wonderful sea view, away from the sounds and lights of the city. Privacy is great, the pool is definitely not in a position to be seen from the outside. The house was delivered to us in immaculate condition. We did not experience any inconvenience regarding the villa. In conclusion, I definitely recommend it.
