It was a nice holiday choice to spend time with the family. The view of the house was magnificent. The pool is private and sheltered, it was one of the reasons for our preference. However, the house had a few important shortcomings: -I can't imagine a villa without mosquito nets in the summer area, it must be done for flies, bees and insects. -It needed some care for cleaning, the sheets and toilets were clean, but unfortunately there were mosquito-insect dead on the walls and cabinet doors. -There were stains like candles on the glasses, and the kitchen equipment, old pans were scratched, these are the issues we pay attention to for health. -There was no shower by the pool. -The tap of the toilet at the entrance was broken, it needs to be repaired. -There was no awning protection etc. on the garage - There was no wifi on the top floor, we had a problem because our own phones did not. -There was no water dispenser, you have to carry your own water. The shortcomings that I consider easy to add and correct. It would be nicer to make these final rounds for such a beautiful villa. Other than that, we were very satisfied. There is a grocery service to the house, which is very nice. There is air conditioning in every room. We are also renting villas from this company for the second time. It is a very reliable company and we left satisfied with both of our holidays.

In addition, it is another positive aspect that there are neighboring villas in terms of security and the houses of the owners of the villas are downstairs. It is a beautiful villa where honeymoon couples or their families can spend a holiday alone with nature. For those who will come to the region for the first time, access to food and similar needs is easy due to the fact that the villa is close to the center of Kalkan (15 minutes by car).

While you think it won't be as beautiful as in the pictures, you'll find it's even more beautiful - once you step into the villa you will be enchanted The size of the rooms, the usability of the kitchen and the things you may need: hair dryer, iron, washing machine etc. are all available. You can spend time in the outdoor pool in the afternoon and in the hot pool in the evenings

I have seen many Villas, but I have never seen such a spacious, clean, modern and tidy villa. I can say that it is the only address for a peaceful, restful and happy holiday with the family. There is no such price for such a villa.

First of all, I would like to thank Selcuk Bey, the owner of the villa. everything is so well thought out that nothing is missing, intertwined with nature, no car sounds, no human voices, just an environment full of bird sounds. Everything was so good that later on, we moved to another house due to the fullness of history, and the holiday was over for us. We miss and look for this house incredibly. The house is very comfortable, very spacious and very spacious. There are colors that open the mind and unity with nature. Everything is clean. All items are available in the kitchen. Because I was extremely meticulous, I brought my own linens with me, but I did not use any of them. Because everything was clean. The pool was magnificent. The most feared was the thought of insects and pests. Even though it was intertwined with nature, there was not a single fly in the house. There were no mosquitoes when we sat in the garden. .There really is more than the pictures in this house. Endless thanks to the landlords Bünyamin and his wife. They took great care of us during our stay at home and even when we continued to stay in Kalkan in the following days.

We had a wonderful holiday this year as a family. Peaceful calm nature. My children had a lot of fun. Everything has been thought of. Villa owners took good care of everything, we will come again next year.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable holiday in the villa we went as 3 families (6 adults + 3 children). away from the humidity and noise, like a chalet, the view and the garden are amazing, the pool is much bigger than it looks in the picture, There are all kinds of fruits in the garden and it is very enjoyable to pluck it from the branch and eat it. In addition, everything has been thought for your comfort, the house is very nicely decorated, the kitchen tools were even more than necessary, we did not miss anything, the garden terrace was incredibly large and beautiful, we spent our evenings chatting in joy, The owner of the house was very interested, he called almost every day and asked if we were missing anything, and we made our boat tour for half the price :) I highly recommend it to those who will go on vacation, We both wanted the holiday to never end,

First of all, we would like to thank the Tatilvillam team and our official who took care of us. We had a wonderful holiday during Eid al-Adha. We were going to have a villa holiday for the first time. We had concerns. That is, until we go to Tatilvillam office and go from there to the villa :) Our villa was just as it seemed from the photos. Even better when you live :) The villa is in a very nice location. Being close to the shopping center, being close to the center, being intertwined with nature, having a sea view, all in one. Of course, you have to go with your car for these. Everything used in the villa was complete and of high quality. A villa that can be visited with large groups of friends. We thank you for everything.

We had a nice holiday as 3 families, 6 adults and 5 children in total, during the Feast of Sacrifice. The villa has a magnificent view. Having a bathroom and WC in each room creates the comfort of the hotel. The materials inside are selected first class and the villa has a very tasteful design. The only defect of the villa is the steep slopes to reach the villa :). Tires and pads of your vehicle are very difficult during transportation :). I would recommend it to large families and families with children, it is a comfortable and quiet villa. However, the music of the bars in Kalkan entertainments unfortunately reaches the villa. There is a sound of music that lasts until 3 am, we had a little trouble with this, but we said that the kadı girl will do that. I hope that the prices will not increase too much next year and we will experience the same holiday again.

We had a very enjoyable holiday at Villa Tepe. The house was clean, the view from the terrace is magnificent, it is very peaceful to watch the sunset in the evening, it is very easy to reach the center from the house, you can reach the center by walking. The host, Ahmet Bey, was very helpful and caring. Those who want to stay in Kalkan can definitely choose it.
