It's a really calm and decent area, with mountain breeze, not too hot and not too humid..it's a very nice weather area.. The villa itself was better than our expectations..we were very satisfied..cleanliness and all the tools and equipment in it were thought out to the smallest detail..the villa is very spacious and heartwarming..the pools were just right for us..it's very sheltered and well-kept.because we have small children we were comfortable about the pool.. We were satisfied with the overall look and if we ever go to Kalkan again, we would prefer villa despina first. I would also like to thank my brother Ramazan, the owner of the villa..

The location of the villa is far from the center, you have to use a car for shopping. The beach is private and paid (expensive), if you want to use the public beach, you have to go again by car. Sitting by the pool or on the terrace in the evening turns into torture. If the mosquitoes don't like you, the villa with its perfect location makes you enjoy the view every minute. As for the villa, there is more than enough as seen in the pictures. The rooms and villa are clean, the pool and garden are regularly cleaned by Mr. Ali every day. It is cleaned meticulously.
