It is a very good option especially for families with children. Due to the design of the Villa, you can easily see your children in the pool from both the kitchen and the living room. The view was awesome. The location is close to the center, there are two grocery stores within walking distance of the villa where you can do your daily shopping (breakfast, water, cleaning materials, etc.). The center can be reached within 10 minutes by car. There is no toilet paper and soap in the house, which I can say is missing. The pool attendant sits at the back of the villa and cleans the pool on a daily basis, and if you are planning a private boat tour, they have much more advantageous suggestions than the tours in the center because they are locals. Thanks to us, we were able to arrange a tour that we set our own route and where we could stay as long as we wanted. Apart from this, the staff in the office quickly handles your transactions and directs them to the villa. Two families with 3 children were able to enter the villa without waiting too long at the office after a 9-10 hour journey.

We and my wife had a nice holiday in this villa for a week in September. I was very afraid that the house was not clean enough, it was not as I feared, the house was quite clean. There was nothing missing, the house was very peaceful for us, the pool was cleaned every day, and it was a very sheltered villa. The hosts were friendly and engaging. It is big for 2 people, but it is not bad compared to other big villas in terms of price and it is very difficult to find small sheltered villas. Hi, we spent our honeymoon in Villa Loya with my wife. We made a reservation for a total of eight days. At the entrance to the villa, at the exit, etc. the staff was very good. The villa is ideal for those who want to be alone, it is almost invisible from the outside. A villa where hijab women can swim and sit in the garden. The villa may be on the top of the mountain, but its transportation between the villages is provided very well by navigation. The location is good, close to sightseeing places. The proximity to the market and the city center of Kalkan is also a great advantage. In addition, most markets and restaurants in villas have the feature of home delivery. The kitchen and rooms of the villa are large and comfortable. The view from the villa is beautiful. The jacuzzi is big and beautiful, but the water is running off the edge and it is uncomfortable because it is in the bedroom. The sauna is small, but there is enough space for two people to sit. The pool is not very big but nice. It was heated and we used it comfortably in November, the water was especially warm in the evenings. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, it works very well. Dishes can be washed sparingly but frequently. Easily enough for two people. The stove works fine. The oven is not very good, it didn't even bake the puff pastry... Also, the inside of the cabinets is a bit dirty. For example, there were crumbs and stains inside the microwave oven... Toilets are standard. The floor mats in the toilets look very old and neglected. The showers are quite large, but a lot of water flows out, so it is uncomfortable in the toilet area. The ceiling of the toilet in the bedroom has mold almost everywhere and it stinks. In addition, the toilets with glass visible from the bedroom may be modern, but in the dark etc. I think it's disturbing to see the inside of the toilet completely. There are a lot of bees everywhere in the garden, even outside the villa. We could never sit outside when we were not in the water. There was a stain on the bed sheet in the bedroom, and the blankets were also stained. The dead fly was stuck on the old towel. And I think the number of towels is insufficient, spare towels should definitely be put inside the villa. There was one hand towel and one body towel per person, so four, but still insufficient because you put the towel in the toilets, (there are three toilets), you use it when you wash, you use it when you get out of the pool, etc. And if it stays long it becomes a problem. Towels wouldn't be enough for us without a washing machine. The internet was not bad, it managed us even though it was disconnected from time to time. As you know, the top of the mountain was not receiving mobile data properly.
