We spent our second year at Villa Ece. Although our holiday this year was longer than last year, unfortunately, like all good things, it ended quickly. One cannot get enough of this peaceful and calm environment. You never want it to end. The villa is very tidy. It's clean and tidy. It has a beautiful garden that gives people peace of mind. An immaculately maintained pool. What more do people want? I would definitely recommend it to those who want to rent a house in Kayaköy. Bayram Bey helped us in every way. We spent a week in Villa Ask in May. Everything in the villa has been thought out to the smallest detail. Absolutely sheltered and very comfortable. We are planning to come back in 2018. Its biggest feature is that it has two pools.

Everything in Villa Zara has been thought through in detail and offers users a pleasant holiday opportunity. We used it as a honeymoon in May. We had a nice quiet holiday alone. It is a very logical option for conservative families as it is sheltered. The biggest disadvantage for us was the bad weather. We could only enter the pool once, and we couldn't stay there for long. However, it was a good holiday nonetheless. I can say that it is a very clean villa in terms of cleanliness. Plate, dish, towel, hair dryer mk. such equipment is considered. While preparing food, you will not have any trouble as a material. Our favorite place was the gazebo in the corner of the garden. We always ate our meals there when the weather conditions allowed. It really gives peace to people, whether it is air or silence. In addition, Kas Kalkan sides are worth visiting and seeing. If you haven't been before, I highly recommend it.

As a honeymoon couple, we did not feel any discomfort, we spent 7 beautiful days, a peaceful and relaxing honeymoon. Pictures are not enough to describe the perfection of the Villa, I think this beauty needs to be lived. Since we were the first couple to use this Villa, we encountered little surprises, thank you very much to the Baranselgrup Team for making us happy with these surprises. We would like to thank Mehmet Bey, who never leaves us alone when we have a question or a problem, and welcomes us with a smiling face every day. From the moment we arrived the villa was perfect. Everything and more you could need for a family holiday. Mustafa was brilliant with communication before the holiday and during our stay. The villa was lovely, spacious and plenty of room for our 5 children to play. They loved the pool and the games room. Town is only a short work down a hill and we got a taxi back for less than 10 lira (about £2). We will definately be back hopefully next year. It really is so relaxing and perfect. It had everything and more for a family vacation. Our communication with Mustafa before and during our vacation was great. The villa was very pleasant, spacious and had plenty of room for 5 kids to play. Kids loved the pool and playroom. Kalkan center is a short downhill walk and we took a taxi back to the villa for less than 10 liras. I hope we will definitely come back next year. It was really relaxing and perfect. All of the comments that started as the house is more beautiful than it looks in the photos are absolutely true, the house is useful, everything you need to have in your own home is available, the pool is excellent, the outdoor jacuzzi is beautiful and at least 8 people can sit comfortably, and the jacuzzi inside the house looks small in the photos, but it can fit 2 people easily. Somewhere, the water sounds from the side around us, the garden, restaurants are within walking distance, and you can shop by placing an order. Mehmet and Mustafa are very interested, warm-blooded, pleasant conversation people, villa mabel is again the reason for preference.

It is definitely an ideal villa for those who want to spend a nice and quiet holiday. It is especially recommended for honeymoon couples. Everything you may need is available in the villa.
