It was a holiday that left us very sweet memories and we will always remember it with peace and happiness. Everything has been deducted in the villa, it's like a hotel, down to the hair dryer, but its own feeling is something else. Every day, our pool was cleaned, everything was clean, the view, silence, people we love next to us, what more could a person want, everything was beautiful. Many thanks to my friends, hope to see you next year.
Let me talk about the good points first.
1. The villa itself, its sitting area and pool are quite large.
2. Yucel Bey is very caring and helpful.
3. In a quiet and calm place.
4. There are all kinds of household goods in the house.
5. Everywhere is immaculate.
Negatives
1. Don't be fooled by the distance to Kalkan, it takes more than 20 minutes by car.
2. Never come with a luxury or low-rise vehicle, you will persecute the car.
3. The house is really at the top of the mountain, there is a temperature difference of 3-5 degrees between it and the center. Those who will come in autumn or spring should calculate this.
4. Some items in the house have been years away (eg a toaster) but they are still there.
5. Many doors do not have keys.
6. Shower heads need replacing.
7. Although the house has 4 rooms (in my opinion, at least 6 more rooms can be added to that house), 3 rooms are functional. One of its rooms is idle, the room is already separate from the house.
8. There is a cesspool smell from all the toilets.
9. The house needs a little remodeling. Mattresses should be changed.
10. The road is really tiring.

We had a holiday as 3 families and had a lot of fun. However, the kitchen utensils are very inadequate. We've always had trouble with plates and teacups. As there were not enough tools, we wasted time washing things all the time. Steel parts in the drains in the showers must not be cleaned carefully and they turn yellow. I think these little things should be renewed in the villa, which is such a luxury concept. The center table in the living room is quite worn due to use, it can be changed. There were stains on the door of the toilet at the entrance. We had the opportunity to spend many holidays in different villas, such things never caught our eye and we had no problems. Cleaning must be carefully supervised. Missing parts need to be completed. Then I think it will do its justice
We stayed in villa Night for two weeks and it was perfect! Good location, the owner is very responsive and helpful, the villa is absolutely new, stylish and clean! Highly recommend!
We four people had a very nice holiday. The view, the pool, the cleanliness, everything was perfect. We stayed for a week without getting bored. Durmus Ali Bey helped us in every way, we had no shortcomings. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and spend a pleasant holiday away from the noise of the city.
We were very satisfied with the villa, Fethiye center and the beach can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
Nearby there is a market, restaurant, everything you need.
Only the roads of the district where the villa is located are very bad, the state must take action immediately.

Ahmet + Tatilvillam employees, who stand in front of the permanent villa, especially Durmuş Ali, are doing a great job, and we realized again that we made the right decision by coming to the same villa again for the second year. Everything was perfectly fine, the weather was delicious even though it was October, and seeing them see you next year when leaving was a sign of their sincerity. It was a villa we chose for our honeymoon. While renting the villa, I asked a lot of questions on the phone as a detail-oriented person. They answered all my questions without getting tired without breaking their sweet tongues, thank you very much for their understanding. When we arrived, Yucel was very well received. The villa was so beautiful and clean. We had problems here and it made us happy not to encounter such a problem. I can say that the peace and tranquility of the calm and silence permeated us for a week. I don't say anything about the beauty of the scenery anyway.
As ladies, we came with our children, we preferred this villa because it was conservative and sheltered, we went directly to the villa because we were a little late, the roads were extremely hilly, but it was not a problem for us as our car was not close to the ground. The villa was clean and very beautiful, the view was also magnificent for her. Thanks to our friends, they welcomed us with a smile. We didn't have a chance to go down to the center because of the children, but if we wanted to go down, there is a short distance, I wanted to mention that, thank you for everything.
