We were very pleased with Villa Arcadia, where we spent our holiday the week of July 25-August 01, 2021. Cleanliness and comfort were good. All the items you will use in the house are sufficient. The view and the architecture of the house, which is a mixture of natural stone and wood, was great. The host Bünyamin is very caring and solution oriented. We recently stayed in 2 separate villas. Although they are far from the center, we did not experience water and electricity problems, but we experienced both problems here. We had no water for 2 days. The fuses have blown, the electrical installations are also not good. Our garbage was not taken every morning, even in the last 2 days, it was not taken at all, it was piled up on the door. The interior of the house was furnished very well, really high quality items were used, but they did not put a water tank. Or they didn't have mosquito nets installed on the windows in the holiday area. Finally, there was a frame by the bed and when we sat down to put on our socks, it collapsed into it. They charged us 500 TL for this. I never leave satisfied.

After the negative experience we had in choosing another villa this year, I felt bad for not commenting on Villa Hevin, which we chose last year! This wonderful villa, which is very good in criteria such as location and transportation, fascinates you with its architecture and elegance as soon as you step through its door. The pool, pool equipment, rooms, kitchen, downstairs sauna, Turkish bath and indoor pool, garden furniture are absolutely perfect! We have never met the host, İlyas, but for today, we understand that; in the service itself, which is absolutely provided as a host. If he only decided to rent the house with an intermediary company and then left all the work of the house to the intermediary company, there would not be such pleasant sounds for us and those who stayed in this wonderful villa like us... Villa Hevin is a 2-family choice as long as İlyas continues to be interested in his villa and his guests. We have decided to have a villa holiday this year, as both the pandemic is not over and our holiday coincides with the Eid dates. We were so satisfied last year that we chose Villa Aşk this year as well. This year, a pinball was added, which was very enjoyable to play. If I don't share this too; We decided to adopt the deaf kitten Ankara cat that came to the door on the last day of our holiday, but unfortunately he left on the morning of our departure, and we had to return without him. We learned later that the kitten came back, and Zekeriya Bey adopted the kitten, and I am also very happy that he gave us the information. Thanks again for everything.
