The villa is exactly as in the photos. Heated pool, outside pool is clean and cleaned daily. Garbage is collected regularly. Landscape is very beautiful. Kitchen utensils are sufficient. Rooms are nice and adequate. It is a place for 4 people and the number of sunbeds is not enough. The jacuzzi on the upper floor should be operated carefully. There are some ants, it needs to be sprayed. It is 15 minutes away from the center by car. You can't even walk to nearby markets, don't try, it's tiring. The road in front of the villa is a bit too steep and attention should be paid to bad tires. Iron and hair dryer are available. It is a villa that will allow you to spend a nice holiday without contacting anyone, especially during the corona period. Villa Nokta is simply perfect. The villa was built in 2020. All items are carefully selected. Decoration is great. Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna are active and clean. All disinfection procedures have been done before entering the villa. The pool has been cleaned. Each room has air conditioning. It is in a very beautiful location. The interior of the villa, which is closed very nicely, is not visible in any way. In addition, the markets near you bring orders to the houses. We stayed between September 4 -11, 2 families and 3 children, which could even accommodate 1 family. The villa is very clean and tidy. Beds pillows bathroom kitchen kitchenware. The pool was very good, there was no chlorine smell. It was a peaceful place among the mountains. Only the pillows were very hard and instead of transitioning to the big pool in the children's pool, something like a separator should be done. Thank you very much to Mr. Mehmet. We had a pleasant holiday during our 1 week stay in September. The quality that the villa has and offers is really felt. Indoor and outdoor pool was really clean and nice. The way the villa was used was really nice. I would recommend it especially if there are wood and stone concept lovers. It was very enjoyable to sit by the pool and chat, especially in the evenings. It was the villa we selected after researching all the villas in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions 2 months before we left. We went with the fear that there would be a difference between the photos and the real thing. We were very relieved when we saw that it was exactly the same with the photo. During the 1 week we spent, we had no problems with hygiene, electricity, water or any other issue. The common idea of ​​everyone in our group was to make a reservation for next year in advance. When you go to the balcony on the upper floor, a mountain view on the left, a forest on the right, and a wonderful bay view await you. The furniture is of high quality, enjoy the pool to the fullest. The TV in the living room is connected to the internet, you can directly connect to Youtube and Netflix (it won't be necessary). Since we arranged a shuttle that would serve us 24/7, we had no problem going shopping, to Kaş, Pattara or to the center of Kalkan. The road to the house is as bad as you can imagine, but it is totally worth it, we brought the sound system and we said we are glad we did, I recommend it.
