Royal Hills Alkaya

Royal Hills Alkaya, located in Kördere, opens its doors to you, our esteemed guests, for a privileged holiday accompanied by unique nature and sea views. Our villa has 3 bedrooms, a sauna, open plan kitchen and living room as well as a large pool terrace. Everything in our villa is thought out to the finest detail and is designed for our guests who want to enjoy their holiday privately. Our villa, which has a perfect sea and nature view from every room, is extremely luxurious, specially decorated and designed. Our villa is sheltered and has been carefully built, with our guests in mind to ensure you can relax in luxury. 

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Villa Royal Hills Alkaya is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very narrow, steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.

NOTE: There is a 2 + 1 different villa just below this villa. These two villas, whose entrances are completely independent from each other, are also suitable for large family groups.

NOTE: The last 500-600 meters of the villa consists of a steep slope. We do not recommend this villa to guests whom may have mobility issues

Indoor Pool Dimensions; Width: 2.20 m Length: 4.40 m Depth: 1.45 m

The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee of 200 EUR per week. The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period

1st Bedroom: Suite Family Bedroom, Sea and Nature View (Ground Floor)

Details: Double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom, indoor pool and exit to pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: Suite Family Bedroom, Sea and Nature View (1st Floor)

Details: Double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom, jacuzzi and exit to balcony.

3rd Bedroom: Suite Young Bedroom, Sea and Nature View (1st Floor)

Details: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom, jacuzzi and exit to balcony.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 Euros. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is seen during the controls to be made at the exit of the villa.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
