Villa Adalya is a 3 bedroom villa located in Kalkan's Uzumlu region. Part of our Halal Collection, this villa is ideal for our more conservative guests who prefer more privacy on their holiday. With a spacious pool terrace and garden area this villa is ideal for guests whom enjoy spending days relaxing by the poolside and evenings dining al-fresco. A small grassed garden area is also the perfect place  for families with young children to spend time together. Villa Adalya has an open plan kitchen living area, that has been furnished with comfortable furniture. Located on the ground floor is one of the villas Master bedrooms. On the upper floor is a further living area as well as a Master bedroom and twin suite; making this villa na ideal rental for extended families.

Üzümlü village where villa Adalya is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries.

Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
