Villa Dilaram 61 is an excellent villa whose construction was completed in 2021 in the Üzümlü area of ​​Kalkan. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms with a total capacity to sleep 10 guests. The modernly furnished villa is secluded, allowing our conservative guests to holiday in privacy. The ground floor of the villa consists of a spacious open plan kitchen and lounge area allowing all members of the family to holiday together. The large pool terrace is perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco, or even soaking up those summer rays. 

Üzümlü village where villa Dilaram 61 is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. 

Note : The last 1 km of the road reaching the villa consists of a single lane concrete road.

Note: There is CCTV recording and an alarm fitted at the villa.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
