Villa Aliya is a stunning large villa with a unique view in Kalkan's peaceful Kördere area. This  large secluded villa has been stylishly finished down to the finest details for our guests to enjoy a rejuvenating escape. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday. 

Outstanding natural views can be enjoyed throughout the interior as each room is designed with large windows which face the sea. The ground floor offers a light open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen which connects to the pool terrace. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms spaced over the two upper floors all of which have balcony or terrace access for enjoying the seascape views day and night. There are three double suites and a twin and the double on the first floor is fitted with a jacuzzi opposite the bed. Given the villas elevated position the pool terrace is fully sheltered from the outside world with uninterrupted views and awaits our guests for an unforgettable holiday. 

The pool terrace has a large infinity pool at it's center with an integrated children's pool in one corner. The large terrace platform offers plenty of space for sunbathing, a canopy shaded seating area and outdoor dining table all with the breathtaking backdrop of Kalkan's picturesque bay and islands floating on the sea.

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Aliya is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. Parking is available near the villa entrance and the villa is accessed up two flights of gated steps.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.
