Villa Derin

Villa Derin, located in Kalkan's İslamlar Village, is a two bedroom villa with indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Completed in 2023, Villa Derin has been designed with our guests in mind, a curtain system has been designed around the pool to partially hide this from outside view; creating a more private area for our conservative guests. A seating area, table football and table tennis has also been added to provide guests with hours of entertainment on their holiday. Located inside the villa, an indoor pool awaits guests for added luxury. The interior of Villa Derin has been modernly furnished and jacuzzis are available in both rooms.

Islamlar village where villa Derin is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants serving trout and traditional cuisine. These are within walking distance, approximately 5 minutes. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries.

The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. Details: There is a double bed, a nightstand, an air conditioner, a wardrobe, a Jacuzzi, a make-up table, a TV, a bathroom, a sauna and an indoor pool.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 EUR. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
