Villa Eclipse

Villa Eclipse is a magnificent villa, which was completed in 2021 in Kalkan's Kördere region. Here, you will be able to fully appreciate the magnificent sea view over Kalkan and its surrounding areas. Our villa features a secluded pool terrace, making it ideal for conservative families or honeymoon couples. Villa Eclipse consits of 3 bedrooms (2 of which are doubles and a further twin bedroom) all consisiting of their own en-suite, as well as an open plan American kitchen-living room. 

Our villa has a large kitchen and dining area inside ensuring all members of the family can enjoy quailty time together, as well as an outdoor dining area for al-fresco evenings. The outdoor pool has been constructed in the shape of L, making sure to maximise its outdoor area. As well as this a grassed area and table tennis are available for those who may want to maximise outdoor fun. 

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Eclipse is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. The villa entrance is accessed by going up a long flight of steps and parking is available at road level below the villa. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.

Please note the area where Villa Eclipse is situated is a little further out of the town centre, and so we recommend guests to hire a car for their holiday.

Basement Floor: There is a Turkish bath, sauna, heated indoor pool, bathroom and toilet.

Note: The deposit for this vill is 200 Euros, which will be returned back to you if no damage is found to the property at check-out.
