Located centrally in Kalkan’s Ortaalan region is Villa Edward; a brand new luxury concept villa with the capacity to sleep 8 guests amongst 4 bedrooms. Villa Edward is spread over three floors, and features plenty of space for all members of the family to holiday together. The villa’s pool terrace is spacious and features a private pool as well as landscaped gardens, guests may want to dine al-fresco during the evenings or soak up the sun’s rays in the Summer time. From the pool terrace guests can enjoy sea views over Kalkan's bays. Indoors an open plan kitchen and living room await you. Here, families or groups of friends can enjoy dining together during the daytime or cosy up during the evening to watch TV. Villa Edward features 3 bedrooms on the first floor of the villa; one double with an in-room Jacuzzi, one double bedroom and a further twin bedroom. The fourth bedroom is found on the villa's basement floor.

The basement floor of Villa Edward has been designed with luxury entertainment in mind; here guests will find an indoor pooli sauna and Turkish bath for use throughout their stay.

Villa Edward is located within walking distance to Kalkan centre and makes for an ideal location for guests whom prefer to be close to amenities. For guests who wish to hire a car car parking is available on the road outside the villa.
