Villa Escalade

Villa Escalade, designed by Baransel Group, whom have more than 16 years experience, was completed in 2022. This 4 bedroom luxury villa located in Fethiye's Akarca area, has been designed with valued guests in mind and offers guests the opportunity to holiday in complete luxury. The pool terrace to Villa Escalade is spacious and features areas to dine, sunbathe and relax. The interior to our villas has been designed thoughtfully and has been fitted with comfortable furniture and modern fittings, allowing guests to relax on their well deserved break. All four bedrooms to the villa have been fitted with en-suites, with the two main bedrooms also featuring a jacuzzi. In addition to this Villa Escalade also has a Turkish Bath and sauna.

The area where Villa Escalade is located is popular among holiday makers as well as residents, due to its close proximity to both Çalış and Fethiye town centre. A short journey into Fethiye centre via local buses can lead onto further opportunities to explore the local area. Our villa is also in close porximity to sports and entertainment areas as well as being located in Fethiye's most elite neighbourhood. For families, holidaying with children local parks are a short walk away and Fethiye's main promenade is within close proximity. Guests who are wishing to hire a car, street parking is availale next to the villas enterance.

This pool is accesed via the outdoors. Note: The indoor pool of our villa is heated, and the temperature can be adjusted free of charge (between 1 October - 30 April) according to the wishes of our guests. Maximum 25-29 degrees). Heating can take up to 3 days to fully work so we reccommend guests request this at the time of booking.

Details: There are two single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a make-up table, air conditioning, and a bathroom.

2. Bedroom: Suite Family Bedroom (1st Floor)

Details: There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a make-up table, a jacuzzi, air conditioning, and a bathroom.

3. Bedroom: Suite Family Bedroom (Attic Floor)

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
