Villa Feyza

Villa Feyza is a stone and wood villa with spacious grounds located in the green village of Üzümlü in the hills above Kalkan town. Feyza is part of a complex of six different villas all located in the same area. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday. The pool terrace to the front of the villa is generous with a large private pool at the centre. Sunbeds and decks chairs have been provided for lounging in the sun. To the side of the building through a stone archway is a shaded area with table tennis table. From the natural wood used in the construction of the building a traditional Ottoman style seating area with cushions has been created at the edge of the terrace. The stunning views from the terrace and interior are of green hills cascading all the way to the world heritage site of Patara and the sea beyond. 

The interior of the villa is beautifully designed with bare stone walls and archways, wooden ceilings with beams and wooden furnishings giving the building a rustic feel. A spacious open-plan kitchen and living room with two dining tables is found on the ground floor connecting to the terrace. On the first floor is a children's bedroom with three single beds and an extra camp bed if required. There are two double suites one with a large balcony with seating area. This is the perfect spot for watching the spectacular pink and orange sunsets over Patara beach.

Üzümlü village where villa Feyza is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a private paved road and parking space is available next to the entrance.
