Villa Filiz is a modern holiday villa whose construction was completed in May 2023 in Bodrum's Bogazici area. Villa Filiz, which has 2 floors, has a breathtaking sea view from its garden and all rooms. In the 2 bedroom villa, it is possible to stay up to 6 people with two beds in the living room. There are facilities such as a supermarket and restaurant close to the villa. For those who are looking for a peaceful holiday, secluded, quiet, calm, in company with nature, with a sea view. It has been designed with an extraordinary integrity with a landscape. Villa Filiz is an ideal option for those who prefer a quiet holiday as it is 30 km away from the centre. There is a private beach on the site where our villa is located.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 300 EUR. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
