Villa Florya

Villa Florya is a conservative villa located in the Islamlar region of Kalkan. Our villa, which has a sheltered pool and pool terrace due to its secluded location, consists of 2 bedrooms in total. It promises you a wonderful holiday, with sea views and added benefits of being close to nature. The pool terrace consists of a large swimming pool, 4 sunbeds and seating area ideal for relaxing and taking in the sun's afternoon rays. As well as this the pool terrace makes for an ideal spot to cool off and enjoy the sounds of nature, whilst enjoying the villa's spectacular sea view. 

Inside the villa is an open plan kitchen lounge, ideal for families or couples. As well as having access to the pool terrace from either side of the lounge the villas 2 bedrooms can be reached. The master suite is a cosy and relaxing space, and consists of a jacuzzi - perfect for honeymoon couples or guests wishing for more luxury on their holiday. The second bedroom consits of two twin beds, ideal for younger children or extended family members. Both bedrooms in the villa have en-suite bedrooms.

Islamlar village where villa Florya is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants serving trout and traditional cuisine. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is located on a steeper slope, however amply car parking space is available next the villas enterance.

Note : The last 50 meters of the road that reaches our villa is a slope.

Note: It is prohibited to use alcohol in this villa.

2.Bedroom: Suit Junior Bedroom (on the Entrance Floor)

Details: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
