Villa Frenk

Villa Frenk is situated in the hills of Ulugol above the town of Kalkan. From here views of rolling green hills surround you. This is a wonderful property for a honeymoon couple with an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and outdoor private pool for guests to unwind and take in the natural surroundings. 

The interior is spread across one floor, is contemporary and light with all the facilities you could want in it's open-plan kitchen and living room. A double en-suite sits to one side of the living room and to the other is an indoor pool room with heated pool, sauna and steam room. The pool terrace is the peaceful haven of this villa where the sea stretches out far beyond the infinity pool and nothing can be heard except the sound of nature.

The Ulugol area of Kalkan where villa Frenk is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the peaceful natural surround, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is a village lane made of gravel and is uneven in places. The villa entrance is accessed through a gated entrance and parking is available inside the surrounding fence. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.

This villa has been fitted with a camera and alarm system for security.

Note: The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building
