Villa La Serene

Villa La Serene, as its name suggests, is located in a serene location outside of Fethiye. This modern villa features 2 bedrooms, to accommodate 4 guests, as well as a large main living space and pool terrace. Villa La Serene is surrounded by nature, and from the pool terrace guests can enjoy their tranquil surroundings whilst soaking up the sun’s rays or relaxing by the fire pit during the evenings. The pool terrace also features a barbeque as well as plenty of places to dine and relax.

Indoors, the villa has been fitted with comfortable and modern furniture, creating a cosy and relaxed place for guests to enjoy each others company. The living room features glass panels as well as a mezzanine area, providing plenty of light into the villa. The villa’s Master bedroom can be found on the mezzanine floor, where a Jacuzzi takes centre stage. Furthermore to this a second double bedroom can be found on the ground floor.

Located inside the villa is an indoor pool as well as a sauna for added luxury, also making the villa ideal for autumn and winter breaks.

Please note that Villa La Serene is located 12km from Fethiye centre, the nearest market is 8km away, we therefore recommend guests to hire a car if wishing to stay here.

The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. Kitchen : Modern American Kitchen (Ground Floor)

Details: Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Oven, 4 Cooker (built-in), Kettle, Dinnerware for 6 people, Pan, Pot, Cutlery, etc.

Living Room: Ground Floor

Details: Seating group, TV, 6-person dining table, Fireplace, There is an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: Suite Family Bedroom (Ground Floor)

Details: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioner and bathroom, indoor pool. (There is a curtain system that can be opened and closed on the glass ceiling in our villa.)

2. Bedroom: Suite Family Bedroom (1st Floor)

Details: There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
