Villa Lacivert

Villa Lacivert is a luxury villa with phenomenal panoramic views that capture the hills and coves surrounding Kalkan's turquoise blue sea. The pool terrace area is secluded and unseen from the outside so guests who require privacy during their holiday will be very comfortable in this villa. Enter into the generous open-plan living room, kitchen and indoor dining area which makes use of full height glass and a full height feature mirror wall which allow light to flood this space. Marble has been used throughout the interior design for flooring, tables and bathroom all adding to the luxurious atmosphere. The real gem of the villa is the pool terrace area which has totally uninterrupted views of the sea and local landscape. There is ample sunbathing space, outdoor dining area, swing seat and infinity pool which merges seamlessly with the sea below. There are three deluxe en-suite bedrooms, all of which use opulent black marble in their bathrooms. The ground floor suite accesses the villas private spa area which features an indoor pool, sauna and hamam (Turkish bath). The other two suites are on the first floor, each with a jacuzzi and balconies from where guests can admire the breathtaking views. 

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Lacivert is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. There is ample space for parking. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge between October 1st and April 30th on request. The maximum temperature is 25-27 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
