Villa Leydi

Villa Leydi, found just a short walk away from Kalkan town center, is a charming property with beautiful greenery surrounding it's pool terrace. With one double and two twin bedrooms villa Leydi was designed with a family holiday in mind and with elevated sea views from it's balconies and roof terrace, guests can take in the beauty of Kalkan day and night. The pool terrace has a shaded dining table, , private pool and sunbathing area framed by local foliage. The open-plan kitchen/living room has a fireplace, dining table and breakfast bar and WC. Upstairs there is a double en-suite with jacuzzi a twin en-suite and on the top floor a twin bedroom in the eaves with access to the roof terrace where there are panoramic views of Kalkan and the sea. 

This villa is situated just out of Kalkan town center in Kızıltaş which is on an incline. The walk down to Kalkan is pleasant but the return journey uphill is more  challenging. Guests may wish to rent a car or use local taxi services (which are reasonably priced) for returning to the villa. There is sheltered parking space available for guests who wish to hire a car.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.
