Villa Lorin

Villa Lorin, is a two bedroom secluded villa, located in Kalkan's Uzumlu Village. The villa, which was completed during 2022 has the capacity to sleep 5 guests and comes compete with a sauna room and two jacuzzis, as well as a large outdoor pool terrace. The pool terrace to this villa has been partially secluded, allowing our more conservative guests to holiday in privacy and thus makes it an ideal choice for families, or honeymoon couples. The large outdoor space has been furnished with an outdoor dining set, ideal for dining al-fresco in the evenings or simply relaxing by the poolside. As well as this a pool table has been provided and the garden has been grassed, creating the perfect place for teenagers and children. Located indoors is a spacious living room and kitchen, modernly furnished and the ideal place to entertain guests. As well as this, Villa Lorin has an indoor spa area with private sauna overlooking the villa's pool terrace. Both bedrooms to the villa come complete with a jacuzzi, creating the perfect get away for your summer evenings.

Üzümlü village where Villa Lorin is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries.

Please note that the entrance to this villa is located up a flight of steps.

NOTE : Between 1st November and 31st March the indoor spa area will be heated (maximum temperature 25-28 degrees), outside of these months it will not be heated.

Note: There is a generator in the villa.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
