Villa Loya is found in the plush green village of İslamlar. Totally shrouded in greenery the villa is mostly secluded from the outside. Guests will marvel at the natural surround and the views of cascading green hills and the sea beyond.The pool terrace has a generous infinity pool, canopy shaded outdoor dining area with built in stone BBQ, dining table and hammock and plenty of sunbathing space to enjoy the natural views. The interior makes excellent use of open-plan living with a spacious kitchen and living room which connect to the pool terrace and the villas' indoor heated pool. The villas' two en-suite bedrooms are found on the first floor, the master bedroom has a jacuzzi and both are stylishly decorated. 

Islamlar village where villa Loya is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants serving trout and traditional cuisine. These are within walking distance, approximately 5 minutes. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a country road and parking space is available next to the entrance. Villa Loya is located close to several of our other featured villas; villa Beyaz, villa Ustali, villa Despina, villa Duha. Groups who want to rent more than one villa close together are invited to explore these villas.

The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. Prices can be found on the payment page for your requested dates.

Enjoyable vacation with a beautiful view

It was a nice holiday choice to spend time with the family. The view of the house was magnificent. The pool is private and sheltered, it was one of the reasons for our preference. However, the house had a few important shortcomings: -I can't imagine a villa without mosquito nets in the summer area, it must be done for flies, bees and insects. -It needed some care for cleaning, the sheets and toilets were clean, but unfortunately there were mosquito-insect dead on the walls and cabinet doors. -There were stains like candles on the glasses, and the kitchen equipment, old pans were scratched, these are the issues we pay attention to for health. -There was no shower by the pool. -The tap of the toilet at the entrance was broken, it needs to be repaired. -There was no awning protection etc. on the garage - There was no wifi on the top floor, we had a problem because our own phones did not. -There was no water dispenser, you have to carry your own water. The shortcomings that I consider easy to add and correct. It would be nicer to make these final rounds for such a beautiful villa. Other than that, we were very satisfied. There is a grocery service to the house, which is very nice. There is air conditioning in every room. We are also renting villas from this company for the second time. It is a very reliable company and we left satisfied with both of our holidays.

The view is very nice, the air is clean, the pool is ideal for a sheltered family vacation.

Hello, I had a lot of question marks in my mind about a place other than the hotel I was going to for the first time. What kind of place is it? Is it reliable? Is it clean? When our honeymoon was over, I said I'm glad we enjoyed the view, the environment, the pool, the nature from our villa so much that there is a team behind you that takes care of you in the slightest problem.. The pools are cleaned daily every morning. I can say that it is a comfortable holiday. They also supported us in renting a car. Since the car we wanted was not left, they gave us a car from the upper section, which was also a nice gesture as customer service.. There are very nice tile trout facilities around, I recommend it... You don't have any problems with it either. It's close, but you can't go without renting a car, because there are many places you need to visit, Patara beach with its legendary sea, Kaputaş Kaş sunken city Saklikent, some of them are... Most days we had a barbecue by the pool, we had a lot of fun and we had a wonderful holiday... Long story short, the right address for a holiday is Tatilvillam.com ?

Hi, we spent our honeymoon in Villa Loya with my wife. We made a reservation for a total of eight days. At the entrance to the villa, at the exit, etc. the staff was very good. The villa is ideal for those who want to be alone, it is almost invisible from the outside. A villa where hijab women can swim and sit in the garden. The villa may be on the top of the mountain, but its transportation between the villages is provided very well by navigation. The location is good, close to sightseeing places. The proximity to the market and the city center of Kalkan is also a great advantage. In addition, most markets and restaurants in villas have the feature of home delivery. The kitchen and rooms of the villa are large and comfortable. The view from the villa is beautiful. The jacuzzi is big and beautiful, but the water is running off the edge and it is uncomfortable because it is in the bedroom. The sauna is small, but there is enough space for two people to sit. The pool is not very big but nice. It was heated and we used it comfortably in November, the water was especially warm in the evenings. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, it works very well. Dishes can be washed sparingly but frequently. Easily enough for two people. The stove works fine. The oven is not very good, it didn't even bake the puff pastry... Also, the inside of the cabinets is a bit dirty. For example, there were crumbs and stains inside the microwave oven... Toilets are standard. The floor mats in the toilets look very old and neglected. The showers are quite large, but a lot of water flows out, so it is uncomfortable in the toilet area. The ceiling of the toilet in the bedroom has mold almost everywhere and it stinks. In addition, the toilets with glass visible from the bedroom may be modern, but in the dark etc. I think it's disturbing to see the inside of the toilet completely. There are a lot of bees everywhere in the garden, even outside the villa. We could never sit outside when we were not in the water. There was a stain on the bed sheet in the bedroom, and the blankets were also stained. The dead fly was stuck on the old towel. And I think the number of towels is insufficient, spare towels should definitely be put inside the villa. There was one hand towel and one body towel per person, so four, but still insufficient because you put the towel in the toilets, (there are three toilets), you use it when you wash, you use it when you get out of the pool, etc. And if it stays long it becomes a problem. Towels wouldn't be enough for us without a washing machine. The internet was not bad, it managed us even though it was disconnected from time to time. As you know, the top of the mountain was not receiving mobile data properly.

Hello friends, we had the chance to have a holiday in villa loya in the seventh month of 2016. We as a family liked it very much. We had a holiday in hotels before, but we couldn't rest that much. Everything was very good. I recommend it to everyone
